semplicemente: esplodo.

o meglio, esplodevo, poi ho trovato un rimedio.

l'unica soluzione è trovarsi qualche piccola valvola di sfogo "costante" e periodica - un hobby insomma - che ti permetta di scaricare poco per volta le tensioni che si accumulano.. non risolve del tutto il problema, però ti aiuta a non esplodere

io per esempio ho trovato un'ancora di salvezza nella musica, devi solo provare finchè anche tu troverai la tua..

è proprio la sensazione che sto provando in questo periodo(meno male che giovedì partirò per dieci giorni ),sembrerà strano ma mi butto nello studio,musica in cuffia e in c**o tutto il resto!!!!!!!
