Mi pare che l'apertura di una rivendita di pane venga ricondotta a quella dei negozi generici, senza più dover rispettare la normativa attuale.

Le idee sembrano buone, però serve una grossa partecipazione dell'antitrust per combattere la formazione di "cartelli".

Riguardo ai passaggi di proprietà delle auto, più che delle firme si dovrebbero preoccupare di detassare la pratica, come si era ventilato in passato, visto che di tasse ne paga già parecchie chi la compra nuova.

Per quanto riguarda la class action, potrebbe aprire nuove prospettive, ma ho scarsa fiducia negli italiani. Visto quanto poco sono propensi a muovere il qlo per difendere i propri interessi dubito che se ne faranno molte, però è un bene poterlo fare, quando serve.

si non avevo ancora letto il contenuto del decreto,
si parla appunto di togliere i limiti sulle panificazioni (kg al giorno di pane) e sulle licenze, sugli ambienti (tipo ampliamenti dei locali)

una riforma relativa alle class action è stata approvata alla camera nel 2004, credo che da allora sia rimasta arenata in senato

Le tariffe non sono liberalizzate, sono fisse, quindi non dipendono da loro. Sul fatto che siano a dir poco immorali sono pienamente d'accordo invece.

Comunque il problema licenze esiste da molto tempo e non approvo la loro protesta.
