Mi esce quando tento di installare uno scanner da un cliente.

lo scanner in questione ha iniziato a non funzionare più su una macchina e tentando di reinstallare driver+programmi, una volta partito windows installer dà questa segnalazione.

su un altro pc lo scanner (HP 3500c) funziona tranquillamente

Qualcuno ne sa qualcosa?

Su internet non si trova praticamente niente, solo una KB di microsoft ma riguardo all'installazione di office 2000 :ueee:

hai provato lo stesso a far partire l'utility per la correzione dell'errore interno 2343?
male non credo possa fare

il link dalla KB all'eseguibile della patch non funziona...:evil: mi ero dimenticato di scriverlo...
