probabilmente sta a indicare l'accesso a una zona a traffico limitato (x esempio, dove abito io, nonostante sia zona fiera, abbiamo da esporre sul parabrezza una P piccola rossa con targa e modello dell'auto che ci viene data dalla municipale)..

Bo non credo sia un cartello regolamentare, non ho mai visto nulla neanche sul sito dell'aci, mi verrebbe da pensare a qualche auto dotata di comandi speciali o un auto munita di impianto a gas...
