[tech] encoder mp3

Ciao,
sto cercando un encoder mp3 free che permetta la conversione da wav o mp3 a mp3.
No musicmatch, vorrei qualcosa che fa quello e solo quello (al limite grabba anche i cd e usa freedb).

Conoscete qualcosa di piccolo ma fatto bene?

Ho scaricato cdex, un po' spartano, lo trovo scomodo più che altro perchè a me non serve per grabbare (almeno, non è la funzione principale) ma proprio per convertire rapidamente mp3 da un livello di compressione ad un altro, in una cartella ben definita.

Molto semplicemente deve fare quel che fa real audio o musicmatch ma senza tutta la pesantezza di questi programmi.

Già che ci siamo, che ne pensate di ogg vorbis? Non mi interessano sviolinate sull'open source... volevo sapere a parità di bitrate (64kbps in particolare) rende meglio di mp3?
