Precisazione: non volevo assolutamente dare addosso ai mezzi pubblici; cercavo solo di portare all'attenzione l'incidente di oggi.
Così come il mio dare addosso al tizio del suv è da considerarsi valido solo nel caso in cui, come sembra, la responsabilità oggettiva del tutto sia sua.
