forse possibile, ma molto improbabile: una direttiva europea è stata bocciata in sede parlamentare. Proporla in uno Stato membro vorrebbe dire tirarsi contro l'europarlamento.

Tanto più che in europarlamento la direttiva non potrà più essere riproposta.

E poi, se proprio vogliamo soddisfare il tuo disfattismo, credo che la FSFE e FFII tirerebbero in piedi un altro casino in europarlamento :D:D:D:D

Perché siamo in un altro paese, se ci fosse una direttiva locale sarebbe più difficile fottersene, salvo che nel malaugurato caso rimanesse qualche altro paese libero & intelligente in cui trasferire le sedi delle aziende :asd:
