Quindi niente. Per ora il decreto Urbani resta attivo, ma non appena questa fantomatica commissione verra` istituita e consegnera` la relazione che produrra`, allora il decreto verra` modificato.

Speriamo che la commissione sia una Commissione e che si sbrighi...

Speriamo che la commissione sia una Commissione e che si sbrighi...


Sappiate che la commissione è stata istituita ma è molto probabile che la depenalizzazione dell'uso personale nn sarà approvata..rimarremo in questo regime cinese sicuramente fino ad ottobre(sfruttando la chiusura delle camere a giugno) e forse per sempre...io lunedi aderirò al net strike dalle 15 alle 15.45.

In teoria si.....
Non ricordo quale sito, forse the stone (noto sito di canzoni pubblicitarie) che imponeva la regola che il file poteva stare solo 24 ore sul tuo hd per poi essere cancellato, altrimenti diventava una cosa illegale....
Quindi quando vuoi ascoltarlo te lo scarichi...... :D
