Perchè il simbolo della Schwa non è uno standard... Sul Merriam lo trovi in un modo, sul Cambridge, in un altro... Quello + standard è l'omega, ma non è l'unico... Quindi avrebbe potuto creare confusione (come se non l'ha creata cmq  )
