i miei complementari sono stati:

economia e org az (l'ho fatto nel diploma, così poi mi risultava nella laurea come fondamentale già fatto)
logica matematica (carino, ma pesantino...)
crittografia (interessantissimo e tutto sommato "semplice", quindi te lo consiglio, guardati i vari post su critto)
ingegneria del sw (idem come per economia)

io quest'anno come complementare ho scelto "Linguaggi e Traduttori" con Pighizzini... sarà che io adoro quest'uomo, cmq il corso è stato interessante, anche perchè comprendeva anche la possibilità di fare dei progettini e quando c'è da programmare, almeno secondo me, la faccenda si fa sempre più interessante. Come esame è cmq facile e il prof spiega benissimo...

Per l'anno prossimo avevo scelto Elaborazione delle Immagini I e II, ma me l'hanno sconsigliato perchè si dice sia pesante e difficilino. Voi che ne dite? Avevo pensato anche a corsi come Metodi per il Ragionamento automatico e Metodi Formali dell'Informatica...qualcuno sa qualcosa su questi corsi?
