prova a spostare le vaschette dall'apposito spazio in uno dei dei cassetti/scaffali dove tieni i surgelati
magari è il comparto del ghiaccio che non funziona (se i 2 reparti sono separati...dipende dal tipo di frigorifero)

controlla la manopola con i numerini della potenza 12345

leggi il libricino delle istruzini e chiama l'assistenza

Quelle barre in plastica da ghiacciare? Se anche li sono tutta acqua allora c'è qualcosa che non va, anche perché la dentro dovrebbe esserci un liquido apposta, che sia ancora più facile da ghiacciare.
