Mi sa che spendo sti 30 euro/anno e mi faccio la Visa, così compro online dai siti tedeschi o altri paesi UE. Almeno danneggio le lobby restando nel contempo nella piena legalità (e risparmiando anche sugli acquisti. Tra l'altro comprando da paesi UE non si paga più la dogana).

Esatto! è questa la chiave di volta. Come ha raccontato l'altro giorno la prof Redolfi, inizialmente "scopo di lucro" voleva dire "trarre profitto", poi per una modifica (a quanto pare proposta dalle sinistre) ha preso il significato di "avere un risparmio". A questo punto chiunque scarichi qualcosa risparmia! e quindi siamo tutti dentro. :schifo:
Se si chiarische questo punto siamo su una buona strada!!

[mia interpretazione] non sarà più punito l'atto di scaricare, ma se ti beccano in possesso di materiale tarocco le pene rimarranno...

:approved: ottima mossa! se poi le spese di spedizione convengono e non ci sono dazi, il mercato italiano può anche fottersi.

E comunque se il decreto prevede multozzi per ora solo per il download di film perchè così se poi funzionerà lo estenderanno alla musica....
...non bisogna farlo funzionare!

fai la carta di credito ricaricabile delle Poste... vale in tutti i circuiti Visa, costa meno mantenerla e hai il vantaggio di una carta ricaricabile per gli acquisti online
