Ciao,

la padrona di casa dal mese di aprile vuole aumentare l'affitto di 90 euro, io sinceramente non credo lo possa fare. Qualcuno mi sa aiutare? O mi sa dire a chi posso rivolgermi per avere maggiori informazioni?

se sul contratto è indicato che il canone è ancorato agli indici Istat, il proprietario può richiedere un aumento pari al 75% di tale indice [credo si chiami "Indice nazionale prezzi al consumo per le famiglie di operai e impiegati"]

vedi su it.diritto o sul sito dell' Istat. :)
