io uso magic mail monitor per vedere gli header dei messaggi ed eventualmente cancellare le mail che non mi interessanno, spam ecc prima di scaricarle.
per scaricarle uso outlook express (con un buon antivirus e un firewall) o alternativamente, a seconda di come mi gira, foxmail che secondo me è il migliore (legge anche la posta da hotmail ad es e si possono importare anche gli indirizzi da oexp)
