 [FILM D'ANNATA] Freaks

basta parlare dei soliti blockbuster e delle solite americanate!
Parliamo di film d'annata, di film che hanno fatto davvero la storia del cinema.

Proprio in questo periodo ho visto "Freaks" di Tod Browning, del 1931. Che dire, un film cosi' darebbe scandalo anche adesso, figuriamoci 70 anni fa (e in effetti e' stato massicciamente censurato (30 minuti), mi chiedo se da qualche parte e' reperibile la versione originale).

visto,
la trama è un po flebile, ma sul finale
si impenna (a parte l'uomo salsiccia con il
coltello tra i denti che mi ha fatto scappare una risata).

sinceramente come film "avanti sui tempi" preferisco
Metropolis di Lang e Scarface di Hughes.

se si sopportano i ritmi di narrazione molto diversi dagli
standard dei nostri tempi sono dei capolavori imho.

no pero ho visto "EL TOPO" e "SANTA SANGRE", sempre di Jodorowsky...
"el topo" mediocre.
"santa sangre" un capolavoro . negli extra del dvd vi è anche l'intervista col regista. Anche quelle è imperdibile, in quanto permette di capire quanto sia folle/geniale...

comunque se vuoi i film d'annata, guardati "metropolis": un film muto e molto, molto lento.
