 [GNAM] Tartufini al cioccolato

ingredienti:


  • 200 gr di cioccolato fondente
  • 100 ml di panna liquida
  • 1 fialetta di aroma vaniglia
  • 5 cucchiai di cacao zuccherato in polvere
  • 30 gr di burro


  1. Spezzettate il cioccolato fondente in una scodella e aggiungete il burro.
  2. In un pentolino fate bollire la panna con l'aroma alla vaniglia. Quando bolle versate la panna nella scodella dove avete messo il cioccolato e mescolate con un mestolo di legno. Mettete in frigo.
  3. Quando l'impasto si è indurito mettete su un piattino il cacao in polvere, preparate delle palline di impasto e fatele rotolare nel cacao. Mettete le palline in frigorifero per almeno 2 ore.
