 [informatica]help-driver usb per knoppix

ho bisogno di aiuto.
da un po di giorni stavo cercando di usare knoppix 3.3, ma ho un problema con l'usb, non mi vede il modem adsl IPM DATACOM e di conseguenza non posso collegarmi.qualkuno sa dove posso trovare i driver?
ho sentito ke probabilmente gli IPM DATACOM non sono supportati...ma ho sentito anke di gente ke si è fatta i driver da solo!
chi mi aiuta a trovare una soluzione?

Strano, dicono che Knoppix sia una di quelle distro che trovano quasi tutto l'hardware......

Cmq vedo dei drivers per Linux qui...

Scusate, ma come lo devo installare il modem, come LAN o come WAN???

LAN non credo, visto che in LAN ho il desktop ed il portatile, ed il pc sul quale installo Linux è il desktop, il solo per cui voglio l'accesso Internet...

con google avevo già cercato ma avevo trovato solo siti ke dicevano ke non era supportati...poi erano troppi per vederli tutti...poi ci sei tu..meglio di un motore di ricerca:D!!
