Ciao a tutti, l'azienda per la quale lavoro è in cerca di neo-laureati da inserire.
L'azienda si chiama Avanade ed è una joint venture tra Microsoft ed Accenture, si tratta di consulenza informatica basata prevalentemente su prodotti Microsoft.
Solitamente i progetti sono su Milano ma sono possibili anche trasferte.
Il contratto di assunzione sarà di 4 anni in apprendistato a 20400€ contratto nazionale del commercio (35 giorni di ferie e 14 mensilità).
Successivamente il contratto verrà trasformato in indeterminato.
Sono inclusi: buoni pasto, rimborso ADSL, assicurazione medica, American Express (benefit).
Inoltre le certificazioni Microsoft (richieste dall'azienda e quelle che vorrete prendere) sono tutte spesate.
Appena si inizia a lavorare in Avanade verrà fatto un corso Academy di circa un mese con altri colleghi neo-assunti e successivamente si inizia a lavorare per il cliente.
Faccio presente che si è regolarmente stipendiati da subito e non da quando termina il corso.
La sede si trova in zona stazione centrale, comodamente raggiungibile con la metropolitana e con i treni.
Vi chiedo gentilmente di inviare a me i curriculum che poi girerò direttamente alle risorse umane, in quanto potrei ottenere dei benefit, o in ogni caso vogliate mandare direttamente voi il CV, vi chiedo gentilmente di fare il mio nominativo (Antonio Schepis).

Non solo neo-laureati, ma anche con esperienza.
Sono molto richieste competenze sul SharePoint, CRM.
Diciamo che i neolaureati hanno molto più "mercato".

Io lavoro su SharePoint e ti posso dire che adesso stiamo migrando tutti (o quasi) al 2010.
Per quanto riguarda il CRM onestamente non saprei, in quanto non è il mio campo.
Sicuramente si tende ad utilizzare sempre versioni nuove ed aggiornate.

Niente di personale eh, però ci ho già avuto a che fare; l'apprendistato è la peggior inculata di sempre, dopo 4 anni l'azienda può anche farti un contratto di apprendistato differente, per esempio da apprendistato informatico a apprendistato commerciale, e poi farti fare per altri 4 anni le cose di sempre. Oppure dopo i 4 anni possono decidere di mandarti a casa =/

Perchè? semplice, dipendenti in apprendistato costano molto meno in tasse all'azienda...ed essere neo-laureati è ancora più vantaggioso perchè l'apprendistato può essere assegnato fino ai 28enni mi pare, o giu di li!

Jaky ha ragione... Tantovale aprirsi la partita IVA e lavorare da consulente esterno, si guadagna di più e ci sono sgravi fiscali interessanti se si adotta il regime dei contribuenti minimi.

lavoro in questa azienda da 3 anni e non ho assolutamente nessun motivo di difenderla, ma ti posso assicurare che da quando ci lavoro io hanno assunto con contratto in apprendistato circa 100 all'anno (come avrete capito c'è un grande riciclo di consulenti) e ho prove di sole 4 persone a cui non è stato rinnovato il contratto.
non ho usato apposta il potrebbe, perchè se uno non fa "cazzate" passa ad indeterminato.
