test -nt esiste in minix?

Scusate ma l'opzione del comando test

code:
 -nt

esiste in minix??
Da quello che ho capito googlando un po questa opzione di test confronta due file e restituisce 0 se file1 è più recente di file2 e dovrebbe essere presente in tutti i sistemi unix; ma se provo a dare

code:
 [ file1 -nt file2 ]

oppure

code:
 test file1 -nt file2

(che alla fine è la stessa cosa)

mi restituisce

code:
 [: syntax error

e in effetti se guardo man test non vedo l'opzione -nt. E' proprio così? cioè l'opzione -nt è presente in tutti i sistemi Unix trannche Minix? Se sì, come faccio a vedere se un file è piu recente di un altro?
