 Scheda Video

Ho un pc sul quale è presente la scheda video integrata sulla motherboard (una nvidia 6600 mi pare...).

Ho provato a mettergli una scheda PCI express (uscita DVI e adattatore per collegarlo ad un monitor vga)...e qui è sorto il problema...

Il pc parte, fa il boot e il monitor SI VEDE...arriva la schermata di caricamento windows xp e si vede ancora.... ma quando prova a dovrebbe visualizzare definitivamente windows, smette di inviare i dati e sul monitor appare la classica "No signal".....

Ho già provato a disabilitare la scheda integrata tramite BIOS...

Che posso fare?

Prova a partire in modalità provvisoria, magari è solo un problema di risoluzione.

probabilmente windows usa i driver della nvidia integrata..
entra in modalità provvisoria e disinstalla i driver...

ho anche disabilitato la scheda integrata dal pannello di controllo...

hai provato disabilitando dal bios la scheda integrata?
occhio che se poi non vedi niente per ripristinare la configurazione originale devi resettare il bios..

ciao, prova a mette un cd live di ubuntu u opensuse, vedi se parte regolarmente, se non parte è probabilmente un problema hw.
che scheda madre hai? guarda se ci sono aggiornamenti BIOS , forse è un problema della scheda madre... ciao
