Ampia doppia in stabile signorile.
La camera è in un appartamento formato da un'altra camera, una cucina, un bagno ed un ampio soggiorno.
E' cablata con fastweb (fibra).

Prezzo 300€ più spese (20/25 al mese).
DISPONIBILITÀ IMMEDIATA.

di fronte casa c'è la fermata della 92 (e anche un supermercato tra l'altro).
la fermata di metro più vicina è loreto che dista 15 min a piedi.

Purtroppo 300€ a testa.

Io sto cercando casa, che sia abbastanza vicina a Comelico... Non sò quanto disti Loreto da COmelico e come i mezzi tipo tram possano servire la zona in questo senso....

Ad ogni modo il problema principale è sempre quello di con chi vado a condividere l' appartamento, dato che abitare con una pesona significa avere molto contatto con quella....

Guarda se ti interessa ti do il numero di questo mio amico (che affita la casa) e intanto lo incontri così olte a vedere la casa ti fai un'idea su di lui.

La casa dista 7/8 min di autobus da Comelico (http://www.maporama.com/affiliates/....asp?SESSIONID={4F8D3DA8-DA24-42DB-A121-F55277E01B53}&ZoomSet=7)


Il contatto cmq si instaura con una persona, nn necessariamente devi conoscerla da tempo. (te lo dice uno che ne ha cambiate di case!)
