rientrando in topic. forse puoi andare a dare un'occhiata nei negozi della catena Naturasì (c'è il sito web per vedere i punti vendita), di solito hanno molta roba importata.. oppure vicino brera c'è un grosso supermercato bio che anche lui ha un po' di merce esotica.. puoi provare a chiedere..

secono me va bene anche il "cartoccio" classico...
ricorda che la temperatura del forno deve esse molto bassa.
