Novità su EMAIL.IT

Siamo lieti di comunicare che da oggi è attiva la nuova piattaforma di posta elettronica di Email.it

...la casella di posta elettronica gratuita da 15MB (sia di massima capacità che di massima dimensione di messaggi trasmissibili), che rimane sempre accessibile gratuitamente sia da webmail che da un qualsiasi programma di posta compatibile POP3 o IMAP4.

INFORMAZIONI UTILI

- PER CHI ACCEDE ALLA CASELLA DA UN PROGRAMMA DI POSTA ELETTRONICA:
(tipo Outlook Express, Eudora, ecc...)

a) se ricevete un errore in lettura IMAP o POP3,
aprite le Proprietà della vostra casella nel prgramma di posta e verificate che il nome ACCOUNT contenga @email.it

- PER CHI ACCEDE ALLA CASELLA DA WEBMAIL
(ovvero direttamente dal nostro sito www.email.it )

E' disponibile l'importazione automatica della rubrica precedente. Per farlo, entrare nel menù "Rubrica" e proseguire con il primo link in alto.

Non sono invece importabili automaticamente le altre eventuali impostazioni (preferenze, filtri, blocco caselle, caselle esterne da consultare), che comunque potranno sempre essere impostate entrando nel menù "Opzioni".

Fino al 2 maggio 2004 (salvo proroghe) rimane disponibile, dal link seguente, l'accesso alla vecchia versione della webmail per eventualmente rivederne le impostazioni:

Non è necessario eliminare i messaggi eventualmente rimasti memorizzati nei precedenti server, in quanto verranno tutti definitivamente eliminati entro il mese di maggio 2004.
