Sì, s'intende quello.

In alcune situazioni puo' avere un significato pratico: in alcuni concorsi pubblici potrebbero chiedere un certo voto di laurea minimo, lo stesso puo' capitare qualche volta in ricerche di personale da parte di aziende private.

Scusate se correggo, ma "laurea a pieni voti" si intende votazione "110/110" con o senza lode. Avere un GPA compreso tra 3.9 e 4.0 è condizione necessaria ma non sufficiente per l'accesso a molte università.

anche io so che ci vuole il 110 su 110.

Cmq molte aziende si basano su voti di laurea superiori al 100 generalmente e stessa cosa per alcuni concorsi.

Si ma cmq...non tutte.
Ricordatevi che la laurea o il voto nell' ict serve solo per l'ingresso nel mondo del lavoro ma poi tutto lo fa l'esperienza e quanto e come si cresce su determinate tecnologie.
