Bene, ecco l'ennesimo Progetto fresco fresco di giornata.
Ho letto il testo e come al solito a prima lettura non ci ho capito molto, unica cosa che mi lascia perplesso è una nota che dice

code:

"Per avere indicazioni sugli algoritmi da utilizzare, si faccia riferimento al libro di testo
 (T.H. Cormen, C.E. Leiserson, R.L. Rivest, C. Stein, Introduzione agli algoritmi e strutture dati, 
McGraw-Hill, II edizione, 2005)."


cosa vuol dire? io ho il testo vecchio non la versione 2005 ma Cormen "introduzione agli Algoritmi" pubblicata da Jacktson libri.

ci sono parti in più nel testo nuovo? il programma del corso mi sembra il medesimo.

Nonostante questo, a voi questoprogetto come vi sembra?

non so se è attinente ma nel libro di testo c'è effettivamente un paragrafo che parla di DNA, geni etc...

uh bene, nella prima versione del cormen mica ci sono queste cose, e nel programma neppure... qualcuno mi fa fotocopiare le pagine riferenti a questi argomenti?

Strano che tu non l'abbia, è nel capitolo sulla programmazione dinamica già nella vers. inglese del 2001 (la versione italiana ha una numerazione diversa dei capitoli). Se invece hai delle fotocopie probabilmente ti manca la parte relativa al capitolo 32 (inglese) che approfondisce l'argomento.

nel progetto c'è scritto che indicativamente si fa il 25,27.28 luglio

"La prova orale di tale appello si svolgerà il 27 Luglio alle ore 9:30 presso le aule 4 e 5 del DSI in via Comelico 39"

Chi ha il libro con gli algoritmi richiesti potrebbe fare un mega sforzo e scannerizzarli (solo le pagine utili) mettendoli nell'area filez così sono disponibili per tutti!

Io ho una copia del libro in pdf, ma sn 12 MB e non riesco a postarla su filez.

bene, molto probabilmente i capitoli che dobbiamo prendere in esame sono
capitolo 16.3 PROBLEMA DELLA PIU LUNGA SOTTOSEQUENZA COMUNE
capitolo 34 CORRISPONDENZE TRA STRINGHE.
