Ciao a tutti, mi rivolgo a chi ha sostenuto l'esame quest'anno. Potreste postare le domande che ha fatto? Ho saputo che chiede cose MOLTO particolari, e a volte solo accennate sul libro (di cui devi andare a cercarti la spiegazione altrove)

Ho sostenuto l'esame orale e vi aggiorno sulla situazione (purtroppo sia la prima che la seconda volta ero tra i primi, quindi non posso riportarvi di più):
-per passare l'orale non è sufficiente una lettura sommaria del libro, va proprio saputo a mena dito
-spesso ho sentito chiedere anche domande riguardanti i trafiletti grigi
-approfondite gli argomenti citati e non spiegati (se volete un bel voto)
-attenzione alle differenze tra libro e slide (es. la TLB è fully associative normalmente, in JOS è set-associative; oppure le varie differenze nelle strutture dati del processo; attenzione alla gestione della segmentazione in JOS)

Domande, generalmente prese dall'indice del libro:
-FAT
-TLB
-Deadlock
-Swap
-algoritmi di rimpiazzamento
-FSCK (in particolare, sapere come funziona, non solo cosa fa. Es: come fa a trovare i duplicati)
-Journaling
-implementazione producer consumer
-algoritmo peterson
-lock, condition variable, semafori (implementazione: Zemaphore)

JOS:
(Può chiedere tutto e niente)
-load_icode
-warm boot
-env_setup_vm
