hola raga'..
Ma nelle slide dove spiega il mdodello organizzativo delle 7s(che tra l'altro è schematico da schifo)
cosa significa "assicurare la coerrenza delle leve gestite"??
semplicemente che le 7s devono mantenere delle proprieta' di collegamento e che modificando una o due s bisogna modifcare tutte le altre?

Più o meno.
Nel senso che nel modello le proprietà sono legate logicamente fra di loro
Qdi ad una strategia corrisponde una struttura uno skill ecc.
ma non penso che se cambi qualcosa come ad esempio i sistemi
devi per forza cambiare strategia o staff.
L'importanza è che le scelte siano coerenti con tutto il modello
