secondo me il vantaggio della adsl è di avere la flat e soprattutto di avere il telefono sempre libero
ma chi se ne frega dei 2Mbps, 640 sono già sufficienti per aprire in tempi ragionevoli qualunque sito e per non perdere le ore nei download pesanti

per me fanno i conti, vedono che la banda è poco utilizzata e quindi la aumentano, sapendo di non avere problemi, tenendo i costi immutati. mica scemi...

dalle compagnie tipo Tele2 votate al risparmio mi aspettavo una ADSL ultra economica, speriamo che si diano un mossa!

finchè la telecom non abbassa i prezzi, gli altri operatori non riescono a fare sconti esorbitanti in quanto le linee sono Telecom, e tutti gli altri le prendono in affitto.
adesso che alice passa a 1280 guarda caso anche tutti gli altri passano gratuitamente a 1 megabit. il problema è sempre quello, telecom non è una ex-monopolista ma monopolizza ancora oggi il mercato!

ho notato che però ci metto molto meno a visualizzare immagini pesanti tipo futuri sfondi o cose del genere

240KB/s per scaricare open office stamattina dato che non avevo voglia di accendere l'altro pc dove avevo il file zippato :P

ho libero a 2Mbps e raggiungo abbastanza spesso la velocità massima (250KB/s) in download, anche se dipende dai siti

Tin.it 640 upgrade a 1.2Mb da quasi 2 mesi, raggiungo i 150-160kb/s spesso!

scusate una cosa... ma tutti voi avete già avuto l'upgrade? sul sito di alice è scomparsa la pubblicità di "Alice Flat diventa Mega" sostituita da "Passa ad Alice 4 Mega".... ho controllato la mia e-mail di alice e non c'era come al solito nessuna e-mail sull'upgrade... controllo il mio router e mi dice che viaggio a 800K in down e 320 in UP (come al solito), faccio un test della velocità su un sito e mi dice che la mia connessione è a 640K.... devo aspettare oppure iniziare a rompere a quei XXXX del 187?
