La sottrazione è intesa come XOR. Alla fine, "xorando" il resto con una fila di zeri, si ottiene sempre il valore stesso del resto. Il risultato (dello xor o del semplice accodamento) è quindi lo stesso.

PPP e SLIP sono sia sul programma( 3.6.2 The Data Link Layer in the Internet )sia sulle slide(Protocolli sliding window),è HDLC che non lo trovo da nessuna parte...
