Dovrebbe funzionare così sulle OEM: sono acquistabili unicamente con uno dei seguenti prodotti:

- PC nuovo
- Hard disk nuovo
- RAM nuova
- processore nuovo

Ovviamente dev'esserci fattura o scontrino a farne fede! :-D

A proposito di licenze xp, è legalmente possibile utilizzare una licenza home per il pc di un'associazione (per attività no-profit), o serve la professional?

Gente... capite questo: non è che se c'è scritto "XP Home" potete usarlo solo a casa... :P
Se acquisti la licenza "XP Home" la si può usare dove serve...
La differenza tra l'Home e il Pro sta solo nel fatto che il Pro è più "specifico" per i lavori in rete, e dunque l'Home più leggero :D
