In realta' la matematica si fonda su assiomi.
Su questi diventa inopinabile. Ma gli assiomi restano opinabilissimi.

Quando Lobacevski o Riemann inventarono le geometrie non euclidee fecero a pezzi il famoso quinto postulato di Euclide.
Altrettanto rivoluzionaria fu l'invenzione del calcolo infinitesimale da parte di Leibniz e Newton.
