Chi vuole trarre delle conclusioni un minimo serie dal confronto tra le diverse implementazioni del DOM, dovrebbe tenere in considerazione anche il rispetto degli standards del W3C (http://www.w3.org/DOM/).
Qui un'analisi del supporto al DOM di alcuni recenti browsers e alcune considerazioni (alcune favorevoli, altre meno) sulle estensioni introdotte unilateralmente da Microsoft.

Non potrei essere più d'accordo con te... sono ancora in ballo con quello stramaledetto editor (dopo più di un anno), a lottare contro l'interpretazione diversa del DOM introdotta da MS. C'è da dire che spesso i suggerimenti del W3C (perché quello sono: raccomandazioni, non obblighi) non sono poi così esaltanti, e molte delle semplificazioni (tipo le collezioni all, frames, ....) create da MS spesso risultano molto utili.

Tiger è un nome pensato per i cultisti della mela. Son tutti un po' fanatici (forse anche a ragion veduta). Si meritano nomi simili...

Vista suona molto meglio per i comuni utenti di PC (aziende incluse).
Tra 95,98,ME,XP,NT,2000.... "Vista" per ora è il miglior nome che hanno sfornato!

Xp per me rimane il miglior sistema operativo di MS. Speriamo che questo Vista porti una rivoluzione vera e propria e non delle semplici migliorie. Non vedo l'ora di provare il nuovo filesystem e il nuovo sistema grafico (sperando siano inclusi in Vista).

Dicono sia anche più veloce di XP di circa il 15%

uhm...nn penso...ci vogliono dei computer molto potenti a quanto pare .!Leggi qui!
