C'è un problema di ordine nella documentazione.
Il documento richiederebbe intanto di avere una sua copertina per sapere chi siete e che cosa fate. In secondo luogo è utile la numerazione delle pagine.

Sul punto 2 ribadisco che i documenti parziali sono necessari .

La conclusione mi sembra un po' ingenua (motivarla).

Possiamo valutare questo. Se sistemate il tutto e inviate nel weekend potrebbe essere apprezzato.

Un dubbio: intende tutta la documentazione o solo la parte "Documento di valutazione - documento dei problemi"?

Nel dubbio, posto la correzione riferita a tutta la documentazione, se invece le indicazioni si riferivano alle sole parti "documento di valutazione" e "documento dei problemi", me lo comunichi che Le reinvio lo stesso documento con tolte alcune parti. Ho inserito la numerazione delle pagine e riportato in una nuova sezione, "Analisi Euristica - Documenti Parziali", le singole analisi fatte dai singoli componenti del gruppo.

Infine, è stata ulteriormente motivata la considerazione finale sull'usabilità del sistema valutato.

Alcune spiegazioni: l'allegato Progetto.doc raccoglie tutte le fasi del progetto di IUM (Documento di Progettazione, Analisi Euristica - Documenti Parziali, Analisi Euristica - Raccolta dei Dati, Manuale per WT9, Documento di Valutazione (del task WT8), Documento dei Problemi + Osservazioni Finali e Suggerimenti);

gli altri allegati invece si chiariscono da soli, e li ho postati appunto nel dubbio che "il documento" cui Lei si riferisce debba comprendere solo il Walkthrough Cognitivo del task WT8, quindi solo "Documento di Valutazione" e "Documento dei Problemi + Osservazioni Finali e Suggerimenti"; questo "documento" è l'allegato "Progetto (2)".

Abbiamo appena ricevuto la mail da parte del prof Mussio che ci comunica che la documentazione è insufficiente, e che possiamo fare l'orale il 23. Ma come comunicato in precedenza, o lo facevamo il 16 o se ne riparlava a settembre. Abbiamo rifatto il progetto 5 o 6 volte seguendo sempre le vostre indicazioni e lavorando in modo molto assiduo. Ora che Marcante ci aveva detto di correggere le ultime cose, scopriamo che è incompleto e che dobbiamo saltare l'appello per cui ci stavamo già preparando. A questo punto ci si riaggiorna a settembre.

Vi segnalo il fatto che rispetto ai documenti parziali ero stato molto preciso anche in termini di riferimenti agli esempi.
Quanto voi avete mandato, non risulta da alcuna parte e da nessuna indicazione.
Credo sarebbe utile passaste venerdì per capire che cosa non va nella documentazione.
Il fatto di consegnarla corretta, va a vantaggio della vostra valutazione finale.

Abbiamo provato comunque a rivedere il progetto in base alle indicazioni di cui avevamo preso nota...domani nel pomeriggio (dalle 3 alle 5) saremo in università io, Villa e Reyes, se Lei c'è facciamo un salto nella sua stanza. Intanto posto il documento; dato che le dimensioni del documento sono troppo estese per essere postato in una volta sola, posto due parti: la seconda andrà attaccata alla prima nello stesso documento per far combaciare il sommario con le effettive pagine. Ho diviso il documento, che è di 54 pagine, in due documenti da 27 ciascuno.
