Scusate, ma mi sempre che ci sia molta ignoranza in materia.

Nulla vieta di avere un canale irc e un gateway via web (leggi, html) che permetta di connettersi al canale.
In questo modo, chi vuole puo' connettersi via client irc, gli altri possono usare l'interfaccia web.

Ovviamente opto per irc :cool:

è pronto finito e funzionante.
