io avevo la versione b non so quale fosse la frase ma l'esempio dell'anaforico (non anafora):

"Andrea compra un libro e lo legge" libro e lo sono anaforici xè lo si riferisce a libro.
"andrea lo saluta" non è anaforico xè lo non è co-referenziale, non è legato a niente... chi saluta?

"andra incontra Paolo e lo saluta" è anaforico xè lo è riferito a Paolo...
