sapete se lo studente lavoratore può rifiutarsi di fare trasferte
se queste creano problemi allo studio?

credo di si, ma so anche che dipende molto dal tipo di contratto che hai.
Dovresti vedere il tuo contratto cosa prevede (se fa parte dei CCNL puoi provare a vedere al link postato piu' sopra il contratto completo) e/o puoi chiedere all'ufficio che si occupa delle assunzioni nella tua azienda oppure ai sindacati.

non è molto chiara la situazione,aspetto la prossima mossa
dell'azienda e poi vado da un sindacalista, in teoria la
turnazione dovrebbe agevolare lo studente e non ostacolarlo..
