Gli orali saranno a partire da Martedì...l'ha scritto durante lo scritto alla lavagna...cmq tra domani e domenica controllate che non escano i risultati, perchè la scorsa volta li ha pubblicati il giovedì anzichè il venerdì, iniziando gli orali il lunedì...il mio consiglio è studiare nonostante non si sappia il voto, perchè studiare poi in 1 solo giorno sarà impossibile...imparate bene i grafici delle variabili del compito, ma può chiedere qualsiasi cosa, a partire dal binomio di newton...credo che sia fondamentale tchebycheff anche perchè c'era nel punto III...rivedendo il testo, credo sia fondamentale sapere il concetto di indipendenza stocastica e tutto il possibile sugli stimatori...credo sia molto utile anche la relazione tra var[X] e E[X] perchè era da utilizzare in vari punti...per il resto in bocca al lupo a tutti...me compreso...la probabilità di passare lo scritto è .......................................................................................................... stimando gli appelli vecchi, c'è un valore atteso di bocciature , ainoi, circa del 60%...

Anch'io, ma solo perchè non sapevo bene che pesci pigliare... A pag. 170 del Mood c'è chiaramente scritto che se X e Y sono indipendenti la COV è 0. Ma c'è anche scritto "cov[X,Y]=0 non implica sempre che X e Y siano indipendenti"...

A pag. 190 quando parla del prodotto di v.c. dice che se X,Y sono indipendenti E[(X-ux)(Y-uy)^2]=0 senza aggiungere altro... ma non credo sia questo il metodo corretto...

Ci sono vari punti dove parla di indipendenza. Uno è l'indipendenza stocastica, pagina 159, un'altro a pagina 169 teo 4.9. Nessuno dei due era fattibile con i dati che avevamo, almeno, da quanto ho capito io.
Però, forse si può affermare che se

P(X in I, Y in J) = P(X in I) * P(Y in J) allora X e Y sono indipendenti.
Non ne sono del tutto sicuro, ma credo sarà la versione che userò all'orale XD
