tu fai al derivata e fà: 2cos(x^2)-sinx/x^2

questa è al tua derivata.

sostituisci x con zero e fa 0/0 = 0

non al devo considerare come una forma indeterminati perchè non stai facendo un limite.
Ma una semplice sostituzione.

Solo che vorrei che topic del genere fossero più frequenti.
