wow è comodissimo..lo ordino via internet con qlc accorgimento, così me lo portano a casa senza sbattimento alcuno....

prendo anche qlc accorgimento :D

ma il malto che prendi con il kit è buono? ti dovrei fare mille domande...ma tra tutte scelgo qst: hai prodotto 23 litri di birra seguendo le istruzioni riguardanti il kit, e comè venuta?

Io ho fatto la PILS classica della mr-malt, nonostante qualche incidente di percorso è venuta buona..
relativamente poco alcolica e sapeva molto di lievito, ma apprezzando le hefe-weizen la cosa non mi da fastidio.

PS: Il lievito della fermentazione primaria è riutilizzabile per le produzioni sucessive (stesso tipo di birra) ma è anche riclabilissimmo come lievito da panificazione per pane, pizze e focacce ;)

gia che fai l'ordine, se non hai possibilità di procurarteli in altro modo, puoi ordinare un altra confezione di Malto ma non ne hai bisogno per cominciare.
