Io mi sono abbonato, ci vogliono più di 30 secondi solo per verificare nome utente e password (oltre al minuto per la connessione), quando con Jumpy bastavano 5 secondi... è uno scandalo

Per Internet credo che Fastweb sia la scelta migliore (problemi di sicurezza a parte e sempre se non hai necessità di essere raggiungibile dalla Rete) ma per la telefonia si lamentano tutti, soprattutto quelli con l'ADSL. Davvero, non ho ancora sentito un solo abbonato Fastweb che non ha problemi con il telefono...

problemi del tipo che ti chiamano,e il numero risulta occupato,oppure rimani senza telefono anche x 3 giorni di fila...
a parte questo(che è successo una volta sola) te la navighi che è un piacere,con server dedicati x scaricare...

ah bene bene...mi puoi chiarire questo dubbio: nel foglio che ho a casa c'è scritto ke sn comprese TUTTE le chiamate (numero illimitato) su rete fissa....cioè chiamo chi voglio e x quanto voglio numeri d rete fissa e le kiamate sn comprese nel canone mensile????

come fa ad essere occupato non lo sanno neanche quelli di fastweb...
x le telefonate:hai chiamate illimitate di durata illimitata verso tutti i numeri di rete fissa nazionale.
in pratica paghi solamente le chiamate ai cellulari e quelle all'estero,e le tariffe non sono molto alte,se miricordo bene!
fastweb,vorrete dirlo a tutti!

No, no, in teoria si puo'disdire l'abbonamento a Telecom (fra l'altro adesso anche con Fastweb puoi mantenere il vecchio numero di telefono). I problemi riguardano la qualità del servizio: le tre persone che ho sentito abitano in zone diverse di Milano e dicono tutte che il telefono spesso è fuori uso e che il suono diventa "a scatti" se mentre si telefona si sta facendo un download dalla Rete (sembra che la situazione sia un po'peggiore con l'ADSL che con la fibra, sicuramente per la banda più stretta). Inoltre non funziona niente del tutto se manca la corrente elettrica... questo si può capire, ma è ugualmente seccante. Secondo me, anche con la banda a 10 Mbps direttamente in casa, il voice over ip non è una tecnologia particolarmente matura e quelli di Fastweb hanno fatto il passo più lungo della gamba.
Per quanto riguarda l'accesso alla Rete, comunque, la velocità di Fastweb non ha rivali (anche per l'ADSL). E'un peccato che ti diano un indirizzo IP privato e che facciano loro il NAT, d'altra parte il 90% degli utenti domestici non sanno nemmeno di cosa si tratta.
