Le regole cambiano da azienda ad azienda.
Nel contratto dei metalmeccanici non sarebbe obbligatorio nemmeno dopo 3 giorni e non è richiesto l'invio del certificato medico all'INPS.
Quasi sempre l'azienda vuole il certificato medico per controllare che il dipendente sia rimasto a casa effettivamente per una malattia...sono le segretarie che comandano!
La mia azienda vuole il certificato medico per un'assenza di malattia maggiore di 1 giorno.
Per un giorno è considerata indisposizione.

No hanno tutto il diritto.
Quando non lo chiedono per un giorno sono "buoni"

La mia azienda era stata assorbita da un'altra e il contratto era passato da commerciale a metalmeccanico.
Nella "prima" con meno di 3gg non serviva certificato medico.
Nella seconda serviva portarlo anche con 1gg.
Pero' da metalmeccanico non c'e' l'obbligo di spedirlo anche in INPS.

Come hanno gia' detto per quanto riguarda la tua azienda devi sentire loro.
Se ti han detto di portarlo non puoi farl altro che calare le braghe :)

le braghe le ho già calate...anche perchè cmq non ero in malattia,ero andato a lavorare per la mia attività.

volevo solo accertarmi se fosse corretta la procedura,perchè avevo già preso in precedenza un giorno di malattia e non mi avevano chiesto nulla.Volevo capire se erano stati buoni la prima volta o bastardi la seconda....
