ciao, ho parlato con il mio progettista e lui non sa cosa siano i cms e non ne vuole sapere!!!! vuole fare tutto a mano e dice che questi sono i tempi e di abituarmi. aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhrg

Ma questo progettista che ha, la quinta elementare? Persino un neofita capirebbe che i tempi sono sballati, espone il progetto a un fallimento o comunque al rilascio senza un minimo di testing.
Io rifiuterei, a queste condizioni ci si espone troppo a rischi eccessivi (specie con un contratto a progetto).

ok forse li ho convinti che un cms fa al caso nostro, ma quello fornito dal buon Gigi (grazie!) a parer loro è scarno... io ho solo esperienze con mamo/jomla, secondo voi sono adattabili? loro vorrebbero avere possibilità di avere tutte le features, ma anche modificare i layout interamente o quasi...che cms fa al caso mio? ora che ho buttato questa carta devo far vedere qualcosa... grazie in anticipo a chiunque

Concordo.
In questi casi una soluzione da zero è la metodologia migliore. Poi ci puoi integrare un phpBB e un motore per la newsletter, ma la struttura del sito la devi sviluppare in base ai tuoi requisiti (e non adattarli alla rigidità di un cms generico già esistente).

grazie ragazzi, allora pensavo di sviluppare il sito (60 generi musicali ognino con i suoi gruppi e relative etichette, ogni gruppo ha un blog e ogni utente può commentare tutto)
per ogli gruppo il podcast e poi un forum generale

faremo tutto a mano tranne 3 cose

diciamo che mi servono dei pkt separati per:

-forum
-podcast
-e un player free in flash per mp3/video

come linguaggio usiamo php e tutto deve essere open source
