......si punisce per l'uso di sostanze considerate illecite (se fosse legalizzata non ci sarebbe neanche il problema dello spaccio) come i derivati della cannabis (recenti statistiche stimano che uno studente su 3 ne fa uso) e si considera legittimo che lo stesso studente esce al bar di fronte all'uni e si può alcolizzare tranquillamente.....bah!!!!

Il problema secondo me non dovrebbe esseere messo su questo piano. Io credo che invece di stare a giudicare quello che è giusto e quello che no, si dovrebbe pensare a come evitare che la gente si droghi o si alcolizzi.... ma ora andiamo OT

Io penso che il proibizionismo non serve a niente, se non a creare inutili tensioni e non elimina il problema ugualmente.
Io tempo fa ero proibizionista per diverse cose, ma mi sono reso conto nel tempo che è inutile, per cui penso che bisognerebbe semplicemente liberalizzare l'uso di droghe leggere e pesanti, così almeno i prezzi scendono e i drogati non fanno più rapine per recuperare i soldi necessari a comprarla e si elimina una delle principali fonti di finanziamento della malavita.
Queste persone vendevano droga, mica costringevano altri a prenderla forzatamente: non capisco cosa ci sia di male... è un commercio come un altro. Perché dovrebbero essere espulsi? Perché fanno qualcosa che non sta bene a te o agli ipocriti perbenisti che hanno approvato la legge sulla droga?

che tra l'altro il monopolio di stato sulla marijuana, cosi' come per le sigarette, quanto bene farebbe allo stato ? e risolverebbe buona parte dei problemi di spaccio

Tu credi? Però per le sigarette non è così: il tabacco è legale però il commercio di sigarette di contrabbando c'è e c'è sempre stato.
Nel sud addirittura blindavano le Jeep per sfondare gli eventuali posti di blocco della guardia di finanza (e qualcuno ci ha rimesso le penne).

Comunque, tornando in topic, non ho capito perché in passato hanno chiuso il bar e il cortile di cui parla l'articolo :? Mi sembra un po' un'assurdità
