Ci sono periodi in cui faccio fatica a prendere sonno; certe volte, metto un po' di musica tranquilla in sottofondo e dopo un po' mi addormento, le altre volte mi attacco...

grazie mille.. ma ci sono persone + bisognose di me però...
io posso anche vivere con un pasto misero al giorni. ma c'è chi per giorni nn mangia...
ogni volta che mangio mi sento in colpa, mi nauseo.. mi da fastidio..

vorrei tanto poter far qualcosa.. e spero prima o poi di farlo..

cmq grazie! ora vivo con i thè caldi presi alla macchinetta del dsi.
mi basta e mi avanza... lo zucchero alza la pressione e questo è importante ricordarlo..
