ti sei perso la prima parte del thread: il tipo che ha fatto l'offerta l'ha fatta fuori asta e maynard ha accettato (ebay a questo punto non fa piu' niente, nel regolamento c'e' scritto chiaro che le offerte fuori asta sono irregolari e non vanno accettate... e paypal non so quanto potrebbe fare, visto che comunque fa sempre parte della societa' di ebay)

io lo ignorerei bellamente e rifarei l'asta (senza accettare offerte irregolari e tenedo d'occhio anche le offerte regolari, questa gente spesso ha piu' di un account per poter fregare meglio)

aggiungo: ho dato un'occhiata veloce alle faq di paypal e non viene fatto nessun riferimento al metodo di pagamento che ti dice il tipo (con la conferma della spedizione del pacco), per essere sicuro prova a mandare una mail all'assistenza di paypal

fro what i see from u , you are asking for payment first. if u are not ok for the transction to be safe for my too , then i feel obligated to cancel this and find another seller. i repeat, i will not , under any circumstances to send payment first insecure.

if ua re ok for the transction please let me know . its been a week. the trasnction is for 7 working days .

u said u want to be safe. u receive the money before i receive the package. u receive the money in 12 hours, i repeat it . 12 hours from sending . i receive the package in 3 days. u are safer then me . i just need the paypal assurnace that u sent it and we are both protected by paypal protection program for up to 5 000.

La minaccia sembra essere una cazzata, ma di per sé non è poi così infondata...

Potresti essere sottoposto ad un'indagine interna di eBay, dato che hai violato il regolamento e la storia della doppia-mail sembrerebbe anche un tentativo di truffa.

inoltre se tu non hai i suoi soldi per cosa ti denuncia alla polizia?

mah.... finora per tutti gli acquisti che ho fatto su ebay ho dovuto pagare prima, e solo quando il venditore aveva incassato i soldi mi spediva la merce... idem per le 3 vendite: ho spedito il pacco solo dopo che mi sono arrivati i soldi...

per quanto riguara i due link che ti manda: il primo mi da page not found, nel secondo non c'e' nulla a riguardo del "suo" metodo di pagamento con paypal, anzi c'e' questo

che dice che devi spedire entro sette giorni da quando ricevi i soldi.... se non hai ricevuto i soldi.... :roll:

Occhio che eBay se ne infischierebbe per quanto riguarda la risoluzione del contenzioso, ma contro la gente che vende fuori regolamento sono sempre stati molto inflessibili.

Più che altro non capisco la strategia dell'altro, ci andrebbe di mezzo anche lui visto che è stato lui a fare l'offerta...

al massimo ebay ti darebbe un'ammonizione (se maynard ha chiuso l'asta annullando altre offerte per accettare l'offerta fuori asta, ma non mi sembra che l'abbia fatto), ma no credo di piu' (ci sarebbe da guardare un po' il regolamento)...

secondo me la strategia dell'altro e' far prendere paura a maynard per fargli spedire il computer senza pagarlo: quel metodo di pagamento su paypal non esiste (almeno io non ne ho traovato alcun riferimento sia nelle faq che nella policy di protezione acquirenti)

grazie ragazzi, cmq sia mai e poi mai avrei spedito senza risquotere prima.
Ho venduto ad un'altro utente, che però data la mia sfiga ha 0 messaggi ed è latitante da 24ore, gli ho mandato molte mail ma non risponde, ha vinto l'asta, ma sembra se ne fotta.
