+ o meno come la tua. Tranne che non viene bollito in acqua, lo metti nella pentola senza niente, dopo un po' cominciera' a cacciare acqua e a restringersi, diventera' anche rosa.
Quando e' cotto (ovvero riesci ad infilarci una forchetta e la resistenza e' "giusta", come piace a te) lo spelli usando un po' d'aceto per lavorarlo meglio.
Condisci a piacere.
Se proprio hai paura di fare cavolate aggiungi un bicchiere di acqua a inizio cottura.
Io lo faccio solo con il polpo fresco (che costa :( ) con i surgelati non ho mai provato, ma non credo venga bene.

A proposito.
Mio "suocero" dice che c'e' a Lecco un negozio che vende pesce molto fresco e a prezzi umani, mi ha spiegato la strada, ma non ci ho capito 'na mazza.

Tu non ne sai niente? io so solo che NON e' in centro...
