Cmq la questione è uscita anche a crittografia sul diritto del cittadino a crittografare i dati!

Secondo me è solo una questione di vantaggi e svantaggi:
Se vuoi + sicurezza ci smeni in privacy, e il contrario!
La soluzione migliore è trovare una via di mezzo(anche se questo non risolve i problemi ma il limita solamente)
