Le osservazioni di seguito (causa influenza mi è stato impossibile proporvi prima una valutazione).

Il documento finale deve comprendere anche i documenti dell'analisi euristica e del manuale: potete o creare una nuova sessione oppure segnarli come allegati.

Rispetto all'analisi euristica, i documenti parziali richiedono che si indichi prima il problema e poi il principio violato (al contrario di quanto fatto da voi) e, inoltre, manca un documento di debriefing che unifichi i problemi riscontrati singolarmente.

Esplicitate i problemi relativi al cattivo funzionamento del prototipo.

Nel doc di debriefing, limitatevi a unificare i problemi riscontrati.
Proponete le soluzioni in un documento a parte (ora sono nel documento di debriefing).

Vi anticipo che l'analisi euristica non va bene.
C'è un problema logico di fondo che si evidenzia nella prima frase del doc di debriefing "Abbiamo analizzato gli esiti dell’ Analisi Euristica effettuata, seguendo i passi descritti nel manuale mandato al gruppo WT3":
come è possibile che abbiate seguito i passi del manuale se il manuale è il risultato ottenuto dopo l'analisi?

L'altro problema sono i documenti:
1. di seguito alla descrizione del singolo problema, va indicato il principio violato
2. nella relazione di debriefing, i problemi riscontrati dai singoli valutatori vanno messi in comune e si unifica l'analisi in una lista comune, trovando una descrizione comune per i problemi comuni secondo la forma [descrizione][principio violato][nomi valutatori che hanno rilevato il problema] (guardatevi gli esempi!!!).

Consiglierei vivamente che entro stasera correggiate e inviate il nuovo documento (non so se avrò tempo di vederlo oggi, ma domani sicuramente verrà fuori nella discussione).

l'errore del debriefing è colpa mia, nel rileggere i vari documenti, ho voluto cambiare la frase introduttiva ( o meglio, volevo mettercela.. ) e forse era meglio se non l'avessi fatto :D
