fermi tutti! su un altro forum mi hanno detto che la ram del iBook e' integrata! quindi quei 256MB sarebbero inamovibili e non potrei fare lo scambio!
e' vera sta cosa?

La RAM dell'Ibook nuova generazione (quella appena uscita) è upgradabile fino al gigabyte... il fatto che sia integrata, non saprei... ma cmq occuperebbe solo uno degli slot disponibili

eh si la aggiungo nell'altro slot, ma non posso prendere la ram dal notebook e metterla nell'iBook lasciando il primo senza memoria. io contavo di fare cambio, invece così dovrei comprare obbligatoriamente della ram nuova con minimo 70€ di spesa :(

La ram recoil te la devi prendere. Da quel che mi hanno raccontato, un mac senza mezzo giga di ram è quasi inusabile. Del resto, oggigiorno, anche un pc... :)

si certamente, la comprerei di sicuro. a questo punto avrei 256 + 512 lasciano i 256 nuovi sul vecchi notebook. solo che sono altri 70 euro da sborsare. diciamo che devo fare due conti, comprando un portatile qualsiasi con 256MB potrei fare il famoso scambio di ram senza comprare un banco nuovo.
