 [GARANZIA] 2 anni??!!

ciao a tutti. mi sono finalmente deciso a comprare la fotocamera digitale e stavo un po spulciando le caratteristiche dei fari modelli, quando mi sono accorto una cosa:

kodak offre una garanzia di un anno anzichè i 2 usuali; quindi ho telefonato e un'impiegata (x quanto queste persone possano essere disinformate) mi ha confermato che la garanzia è effettivamente 1 anno anzichè 2.

Ma se nn sbaglio dal 2002 non l'avevano portata a 2 anni di legge?? qui ho 2 link che lo confermano:

ora mi chiedo, ma se x legge in europa la garanzia deve essere 2 anni non è contro la legge darne solo 1??!!

quando l'ho detto all'impiegata è stata zitta x qualke secondo dopo di che mi ha ripetututo che era di 1 anno...:? :? forse nn lo sapeva nemmeno...:oops:

sul sito c'è scritto un anno, quindi nn so che dirti... nn credo che mediaworld estenda la garanzia, alla fine loro sono solo rivenditori e si rifanno sul produttore x queste cose... quindi ho paura ti abbiano detto una caxxata

E la legge a chi la lasciamo? Agli avvocati?
Il primo anno lo offrono i produttori, il secono SONO OBBLIGATI AD OFFIRLO I NEGOZIANTI PER LEGGE. Alla fine si fanno da scarica barile tra produttore e negoziante, ma la legge è chiara: 2 anni di garanzia.

Per quello che riguarda i beni considerati strumenti professionali (
che vengono fatturati con partita IVA), la garanzia è di 1 solo anno, i 2 anni di garanzia valgono solo per utenti finali.

Se cerchi su google troverai una marea di roba.

la garanzia è di un anno per le aziende 2 per i privati, ma ci sono limitazioni per quanto riguarda difetti alla nascita del prodotto e malfunzionamenti vari, in + solo il primo anno è on site
